Please note:

Overtime will be a potential for any elimination game. Each game would then have a 5 minute overtime period playing 4 on 4 to see if a winner is established.  After that 5 minutes, we would advance to a shootout.

Shootout player lists MUST be submitted prior to the game starting when signing the gamesheet.

During our Championship games on Sunday - there will be a flood between the 2nd and 3rd periods for ALL AGE GROUPS.  We are doing this to ensure ice conditions after a long weekend of hockey are not negatively impacting the Finals, and, it is also an opportunity for teams to convene and get a break to review the game or make in game adjustments. Also, for some teams, this may be their 6th game in 3 days, and players can take an few minutes to get a snack or re-hydrate for the last period of hockey.   Please prepare accordingly for this break should your team be playing in our Sunday Finals.

NO ICE ACCESS IS PERMITTED for parents, family or non-participating people after the Finals games on Sunday. We understand the desire for team photos and personal photos.  We will open up the benches for parents to have easy access to the team on the ice to capture memories, and the benches are very easy to get to from the stands. Please respect this request. We cannot have dozens of people running around on the ice surface due to safety reasons.

Teams must have two different jersey colours ready for game use each game.  We understand that LL/HL teams do not always have two sets of jerseys.  Please try to arrange with your home association to bring a different coloured set with you.  We will have some team jerseys available to borrow - but obviously this does not guarantee proper fit, nor proper logo for your association. Home teams will be the team to "keep" their regular jerseys on for any game with the visiting team having to change to a different set should a conflict exist.
