Tournament Fees
-A $100/team discount is available for all teams that have 3 or more teams registered.
-A minimum $500 deposit is required for each registered team to secure your spot.
-All tournament fees must be paid in full by November 1, 2019.
-Any team withdrawing is subject to a $500 cancellation fee. No refunds of any kind after November 1st.

All checks should be made payable to Chicago Bulldogs Hockey and have your team name and division in the Memo.
