HOTEL INFORMATION

We are a "stay to play" tournament. Meaning, out of state (Non-Colorado Teams) have to stay at one of our partner hotels. However, we would encourage in-state teams that are traveling more than a few hours to check out our hotel links as we do get great group rates:

One common misconception about stay-to-play is that you cannot earn hotel rewards points. While booking you can enter your rewards number under the comments section of the reservation. If you have already booked please contact the hotel and you can add your rewards points for your name and room.

Thank you to our hotel booking partner Sports Stays for securing us the lowest rates around! For hotel questions please contact them:

New Sandbagging Policy: To ensure a fair and competitive environment for all participants, we have implemented a new policy regarding team placement. Any organization found to intentionally place a team in a lower skill division than their usual level will result in a three-year ban from our regional tournament, for their entire organization.

For instance, if your team competes at the A level and you enter them in the B division of our tournament, no teams from your organization will be allowed to register for the B division at our regional tournament for the next three seasons.
