3) Within a couple days of us receiving your online registration, your assigned Contact Person will receive an email with the Subject "Tournament Registration Confirmed".  A link will be provided that allows you to manage your registration.
If you would like multiple people to manage your registration, add additional people into the Team Contacts tab at that time.

At this stage you are required to:

a) Load your coaching staff and players in the Roster tab. IMPORTANT: This list you provide will be used by us to create your Official Tournament Roster.
When you arrive at the arena for your FIRST GAME ONLY, each team member (including coaches) will be required to sign in. At that time Teams can add to Official Tournament Roster list to a limit of 20 players and 6 bench staff. All players on your list must be on your Official Roster provided by you (i.e. OMHA, USA Hockey, etc) to be eligible to play in tournament. Under no circumstances can the Official Tournament Roster be added to after start of Team's first game.

b) Using the Uploads tab, upload your Official Team Roster and
Travel Permit (i.e, OMHA, USA Hockey), plus Team Photo and Team Logo.

4) Please let us know as soon as possible whether or not you plan to attend the opening ceremonies at The Shores Recreation Centre Friday night.
