Covid Related Cancellations

To encourage the Hockey Community to get back on the ice this fall and the uncertainty some teams may have, Brampton Hockey Inc. will be implementing the following refund policy surrounding any potential cancellation by Public Health or Provincial Government, or our Governing bodies due to Covid 19 measures.

Brampton Hockey will offer full refunds of deposit fees paid for all tournaments that are cancelled due to Covid 19 reason by Federal, Provincial, Regional Governments, Public Health, Hockey Canada, OHF, and or OMHA. Deposit fees are set at 10% by the OHF until September when we are able to collect the balance of funds. If a tournament is cancelled after this time, a nominal fee for administrative cost to cover off expenses incurred of setting up the tournament will be incurred. This administration fee will be capped at $150.00 All refunds will be issued within a 4-week period of cancellation of the Tournament and cheques will be issued to the individual who paid the entry fees. Please allow 4-5 weeks after tournament cancellation for refunds to be processed.

All other Refunds
Please note that if requesting to withdraw from a tournament after registration has been accepted and processed you will be required to submit that request in writing 45 days prior to start date of the Tournament. There will be a $150.00 administration fee applicable to this request if approved by the tournament committee. No refunds will be given within 45 days of tournament commencement.
