Directions,
Step 1: Teams Register for the tournament. (Invited and qualified teams will be emailed the link)
Step 2: As a step in registration, you will be taken to the list of Tournament Sponsor Hotels where you can make your team request.
Step 3. RoomRoster will instantly receive your submission and automatically send your request to the hotel. The hotel rep will then contact you and review their specific rules and policies ie; minimum night stay etc
Step 4. Upon mutual agreement on terms etc. the hotel will email you a link (Link is in the Hotel Dashboard) to then book your rooms from your dashboard in RoomRoster.
Please expect a 24-48 turnaround time for this to happen.
