REFUND POLICY 

The following is the refund policy for the 2022-23 Silver Stick Collingwood tournaments. 

 

     COVID RELATED REFUND (IF STILL APPLICABLE)

    All teams restricted from travelling due to COVID rules after accepting entry in Silver Stick Collingwood will receive 100 percent refunds (restriction for travelling must be ordered by  OMHA, OHF, local association or any health authority)

   Same policy if the tournament is forced to be cancelled by organizers due to any COVID related order.

 

  NON-COVID RELATED (applies to teams who pull out in situation not covered in above policy)

      Any team that pulls out of tournament after September 1^st will receive refund less 200 dollar admin fee

      Any team that pulls out of tournament after October 1^st will receive refund  less 300 dollar admin fee

      Any team that pulls out of tournament after November 1^st will not be refunded unless a team is found to fill their spot (refund will be less 300 dollar admin fee)
