Tournament Refund Policy
Cancellations
Brampton Hockey will offer full refunds of fees paid less administration charges ($150.00) for all tournaments that are cancelled due to COVID-19 by Federal, Provincial, Regional Governments, Public Health, Hockey Canada, OHF, OMHA and or Brampton Hockey. All refunds will be issued within a 4-week period of cancellation of the Tournament and cheques will be issued to the individual who paid the entry fees.
Please note that if requesting to withdraw from a tournament after registration has been accepted and processed for non COVID related issues, you will be required to submit that request in writing 45 days prior to start date of the Tournament. There will be a $150.00 administration fee applicable to this request if approved by the tournament committee. No refunds will be given after 45 days.
