Novice/Bantam LL/HL Registration 2017
The 1st Annual Lambton Shores Novice/Bantam LL/HL Silverstick Tournament runs from November 17th to November 19th , 2017 and hosts Novice and Bantam LL/HL teams. This tournament will be played at The Shores Recreation Centre in Forest and The Legacy Centre in Thedford.
Each team will be guaranteed 3 games
Novice Games will be 10-10-10 minute stop time periods
Bantam Games will be 10-15-15 minute stop time periods
Fees are as follows:
$750.00 CAD
Gate fee $5.00 per day per adult
All teams will be required to produce an approved Hockey Canada, OMHA or Alliance roster indicating your team’s division.
Please be reminded this Silver Stick is a Regional Tournament and your team should register according to the boundaries set forth from International Silver Stick. If you are seeking to attend a tournament outside your assigned Region Silver Stick Centre, you will require a release from that centre.

A Cheque in the amount of $750.00 must be included with this submission and should be made payable to Lambton Shores Minor Hockey Association.

Note:
· Your Payment is NOT your confirmation of Acceptance. All teams will receive a separate and distinct email “Confirming Acceptance” into the tournament.
· Once you have received your “Confirming Acceptance” email, an approved Hockey Canada Roster and Travel Permit must to submitted to the Tournament Director ASAP
· All refund requests must be made via email to John Van Gorp at [email protected] (No refunds will be given on or after October 31st, 2017)
· Additional Arenas may be used if more Ice Time is required
