• Refund Policy:
- Should the tournament(s) be unable to be run due to government issued Covid-19 safety protocols, a 100% refund will be issued to all teams.
- If a team is unable to participate due to Covid-19 restrictions in their region, and proof is provided, a 100% refund will be issued.
- Teams that register then wish to withdraw for reasons other than Covid-19, 60 days or closer to the tournament date - provided a replacement team can be found - will be eligible for a refund, less a 25% fee. If a replacement team is not found, a refund will be issued less a 50% fee.
- There are no refunds for teams that are disqualified from participating in the tournament for any reason. Examples, but not limited to, are as follows: Unable to have enough players to play a game under OMHA/OHF and Hockey Canada rules, coach or player suspensions, or injuries sustained while participating, weather events.
