1. Once your registration is received, you will be contacted by the tournament to confirm your registration status.
2. If paying by cheque, please ensure that your payment is mailed within 5 days of your registration.

3. If you are not able to send in your payment, please email the tournament to notify us when we should be expecting your cheque.
4. We ask that the contact information provided is the one that will be in continual contact with the tournament. This helps keep things simple.
5. No out of town teams will be scheduled to play on the Thursday night. However, every team is expected to be prepared to play Friday morning - no exceptions.
6. Every team is guaranteed 3 games.
7. All hotel accommodations MUST be made through the Sudbury Silver Stick.
8. Each teams is responsible for any damage that might be done by any of its players/staff members to any locker room facility used by the team during the tournament. The tournament requires that team coaches, managers and players cooperate in keeping locker rooms clean, orderly and in good condition. Please see that all tape, debris, etc is places in trash containers before leaving the locker room. if this policy is not followed and a locker room requires additional clean up by the arena staff, the team will be charged a $100 fine.

10. IF YOUR TEAM REQUIRES A RELEASE, IT MUST BE SENT IN WITH YOUR PAYMENT SO WE CAN ENSURE YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND.
