November update regarding Pelham Regional
Good morning teams;

We would like to provide a few quick update items since our tournament is now on the horizon taking place in seven weeks.

continued....

Here are some answers to some of the questions we have received in the past two weeks, plus some further tournament information sharing.....

1) We would like you to start sending us your approved rosters and travel permits.  We will begin sending out direct reminders by December 1st. The deadline for these to be submitted will be December 10, 2019.  If your team makes adjustments after that date, that is fine, and will be reviewed/submitted prior to your first game being played. But the initial submission deadline stands.

2) Rules for the Tournament will be posted soon - please review these carefully as we do have some unique aspects to our tournament than you may see elsewhere - and some that are unique to Silver Stick

3) Schedules are planned to be posted before December 1st - yes we realize that people need to make travel arrangements with the consideration of Christmas time / Boxing Day .  As we do each year, our tournament starts at 8am on December 27.  Teams must be ready to go that morning. We will not be making special arrangements for teams who want to start after lunch on day one.  We want to give our incoming guests as much notice as possible for their planning due to it being the holiday season.

4) Hotels - hopefully everyone requiring an overnight stay has finalized their arrangements with our partner hotels. If you require assistance, please let us know.

5) Our tournament will be using the Gamesheet Inc IPAD system that you are currently using in your league play.

6) Champions - our champion at each age group will be notified THAT evening - right after your victory - about the Silver Stick International Finals your team will be playing in and next steps you will need to immediately take.  Our Champions either go to Sarnia or Port Huron. Those tournaments are both in January - so your team will need to act very quickly to arrange your accommodations there and notify your leagues of the late entry in to the Silver Stick Finals tournament.

7) Our tournament will have an apparel vendor on site during our tournament (for those who have asked)
