Instructions, Forest Finals, 2018-2019, Final (International Silver Stick)

This Tournament is part of the 2018-2019 season, which is not set as the current season.

Please follow these steps when registering for the Forest International Silver Stick Finals.
You will require a travel permit to participate in this tournament regardless of where you are coming from.  Here is the tournament sanctioning numbers for your reference:

Atom/Bantam: 8701

Peewee/Midget: 8639

1) Fill in the on-line Team Registration form as soon as possible.

2) Once we have received your registration, you will be sent an email with a link that allows you to enter your team roster including the coaching & training staff.

3) Mail your cheque/check to us (payable to Forest Silver Stick).

Canadian Teams:  $900 CDN Atom or PeeWee
  $950 CDN Bantam or Midget
 

U.S. Teams: $900 USD Atom or PeeWee
  $950 USD Bantam or Midget

4) Submit an electronic copy of your official approved team roster and appropriate travel permit to [email protected].

5) Submit an electronic copy of your team picture and hockey association logo to [email protected].

6) When you arrive at the arena for your FIRST GAME ONLY, each team member (including coaches) will be required to sign in.
