Team Rosters & Travel Permits
Good morning participating teams;
Please upload your team rosters and travel permits through the RoomRoster APP. This allows tournament organizers to access them all in one place so that nothing is misplaced.
This should be done as soon as possible in preparation for the tournament.
RULES - tournament rules will be published by November 1
SCHEDULE - the schedule should be published by November 10 or so

HOTEL STAYS:
As we listed in our Registration, teams requiring hotel stays must book through Room Roster. Numerous hotels have been provided for your teams at negotiated rates (as to avoid over charging that we have seen in the past). Please make sure your team is blocking and booking rooms accordingly.
