No.  Under extraordinary circumstances an exception might be considered by the International Director and International Commissioner.

On the tournament weekend, where do I register my team and what do I need?
You will register your team at the arena where you play your first game.  You are required to bring a copy of your official roster and your travel permit.  If these are not submitted, your team will not be able to play until these documents are received by the tournament officials.

Do I need to fill out a timesheet before every game?  Who can sign it?

Yes.  We ask that every team have the timesheet filled out at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.  As long as the individual signing the sheet is carded, any member of the coaching/management staff can sign the sheet.

I need a copy of the game sheet for my association; where can I get one?

Gamesheets will be available in the tournament office immediately following the game.

When will the tournament schedule be available?

We aim to have an email copy to each team contact 30 days prior to the tournament.  We ask that these individuals pass along the information to other team coaches and parents.  Any updates and/or changes will be sent to the same individuals.

Our team would like to drive to Sudbury on the Friday morning of the tournament, can we request that our first game be played after 12pm?

Unfortunately, these requests cannot be accommodated.  No out of town teams will be scheduled to play on Thursday night but we ask that every team be prepared to play first thing Friday morning.

We would like to attend a Sudbury Wolves game during our stay in Sudbury.  Is there a promotion for Silver Stick teams?

Yes.  An email with the promotion details will be sent to all the teams when it becomes available to us.

Will schedule accommodations be made for an outing to a Sudbury Wolves game?

Unfortunately, this would be another request that we are not able to accommodate.

If we win the Sudbury Regional, where does our team go for the International Final?

Please visit www.silverstick.org for a complete list of International Finals that includes dates and locations.

Does our team have to participate in the International Finals?

It is not mandatory but preference will be given to teams who plan on attending should they win the Sudbury Regional.  We ask that you discuss the possibility with your team and parents prior to committing to our tournament.  International Finals officials need to be notified by us which teams will be attending shortly after our tournament ends.

Does the Sudbury Silver Stick offer any financial support if our team attends the International Finals?

In the past, our tournament used to be able to make a small contribution to each team but as costs increase, we have decided to forego this contribution in lieu of increasing the registration fee.
