The changes to tournament rules are as follows (from original rules)
1. 4 penalties for a player in a game results in a suspension
2. 12 penalties for a team in a game results in coach suspension
3. Penalties will be one (1) minute for 10U and 12U divisions
All changes are in alignment with USA Hockey
