Registration is not complete until payment is received by the KMHA.

Registration is on a first-paid-first-applied basis.  

A deposit of 10% or $120 (per 2021 OHF Policy) must be received with the application to reserve your spot.
The balance ($1,075) is due before Friday, September 10, 2021 but can not be received prior to September 1st.

Registration will be acknowledged as "Pending" to the team contact via email when the deposit is received.  Registration status will be changed to "Confirmed" once the team if fully paid.

Hotels: 
HTG Sports Services are the official accommodation booking company for the Chatham 2021 Silver Stick Qualifier tournament.  
 HTG Sports Services will contact you to assist with hotel booking after you have completed your registration.

Travel Permits:
All teams not registered with the OMHA will require travel permits.  Alliance + GTHL teams will require travel permits upon registration.

Roster:
All teams will be required to present an official team roster issued by the team’s governing body (OMHA, Alliance, GTHL) at the time of team registration. Only players + coaches identified on the team’s official team roster will be allowed to participate in the tournament (no substitutions).

*Unfortunately, we have to cancel the U11 AE division for 2021 due to lack of interest but we hope to have it back in 2022.

Refund Policy:
  • A full refund will be provided for any reason prior to September 1, 2021.
  • A full refund will only be provided after September 1, 2021 where teams are unable to attend because of COVID-19.  Written confirmation from your association's president or director of rep hockey is required.
  • No refunds or withdrawals from the tournament will be accepted after September 1, 2021 unless due to COVID-19.
