Metro Detroit Regional Celebrates 50th Anniversary
The Metro Detroit Silver Stick Regional Tournament hosted by the St. Clair Shores Hockey Association is proud to announce that this will be our 50th anniversary of hosting this illustrious tournament.
Silver Stick regional tournaments were held at the Shores Civic Arena as early as 1971 according to newspaper accounts (Source: 06 Dec 1971, Detroit Free Press).
