Registration deadline is October 15 for travel teams and November 10 for house teams.

Cost:   Squirt A/AA = $925 Squirt B = $850
Pee Wee A/AA = $950 Pee Wee B = $875
Bantam A/AA = $975 Bantam B = $900
Midget A = $1050



Team Application Checklist

>  Submit Application
>  Submit Official Roster via mail or email
>  Submit payment via check payable to Mid-Michigan Silver Stick
>  Submit locker room deposit ($20) via check payable to Mid-Michigan Silver Stick
>  Submit 16 roster stickers for score sheets via mail
>  Make hotel reservations via hotel tab (if required)
