If you submit your registration form online through the MidAm Registration Form Tab, you will still need to submit a Team Roster Form to the tournament director, Jennifer DeGroote. It can be sent with your payment (made out to Fort Wayne Silver Stick) to: Jennifer DeGroote, 16118 Canyon Run, Fort Wayne, IN 46845. The team roster form can also be scanned and emailed to:

This year we have four tournament host hotels:
Best Western Plus & Suites, Courtyard by Marriott Downtown, Holiday Inn at IPFW, and Hyatt Place. You can find direct booking links to some of these properties under the Quick Links section of our website. Below you can find additional information about each hotel including rates, amenities and contact information. Our tournament does not assign hotels to teams and we believe it is better for you to choose the property that best meets your team's needs. Please note that if your team elects to stay at a non-host hotel, there will be a $250 charge that must be paid to Fort Wayne Silver Stick before your team will be scheduled.
