Once your registration is received, you will be contacted by the tournament to
confirm your registration status.

If paying by cheque, please ensure that your payment is mailed within 5 days of
your registration.

If you are not able to send in your payment, please email the tournament to notify us when we should be expecting your cheque.

We ask that the contact information provided is the one that will be in continual
contact with the tournament. This helps keep things simple.

Every team is guaranteed 3 games.

All hotel accommodations MUST be made through the Sudbury Silver Stick. Contact, Peter or Brian to request your needs.

IF YOUR TEAM REQUIRES A RELEASE, IT MUST BE SENT IN WITH YOUR PAYMENT SO WE CAN ENSURE YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND.
