Things you need to know!
Non Checking Regulations
Minor Bantam, Bantam, Minor Midget & Midget divisions are restricted to Non-Checking in compliance with GTHL Regulations. Due to this the Minor Bantam,Bantam, Minor Midget and Midget divisions will not advance to Finals in the 2020-21eason.
***if you are an OMHA Major A team please contact our office prior to paying on line as you will require a release from you Regional Tournament to attend.
If you are an OMHA Minor team from Silver Stick GTHL Regions or Central Region you do not require a release. If you are from any Silver Stick Region you will require a release. Please note spots will be offered to GTHL or Central Regions teams first as there are no other tournaments of Minor A in those territories.

It is not the practice of the CVHA/Vaughan Rangers to accept teams into a division they are not Rostered A.
Only Rostered A teams will be accepted in the Vaughan Silver Stick Tournament.
Hotel Policy
As a term of condition for acceptance into our Tournament, teams requiring hotels, must stay in one of the Host Hotels as outlined in the Tournament Tab. Should you have any issues booking with one of the Host Hotels, you must contact our Office ASAP. Acceptance to Tournament is contingent on only using Host Hotels.

Please indicate SILVER STICK WAIT LIST in subject line Once Registration opens you will be sent a reminder. Spots are limited, as such you will have 14 days to complete the online registration process before your team name is removed from Wait list. Email pvisentin@vaughanhockey for more info.
Vaughan Regional Silver Stick General Information
Under the Participating Teams tab we are posting teams as they are registering. The teams are not fully accepted until payment has been made and a Hockey Canada Roster has been submitted indicating that the team is a Registered A team.
The list is Alpha sorted by division not by playing groups. Groups will be made once all registrations are completed for a division.
Rosters and Permission Forms
We understand that HCR Rosters will be issued closer to September. Please check your rosters carefully before you submit to us. Ensure all player and team officials are correctly lists as ONLY those approved on a roster will be permitted to participate. There are no exceptions.
Permission Forms- GTHL teams should be submitting to their associations a request for the tournament approval permission form. As soon as it is issued to you please forward to [email protected]. Please indicate Silver Stick, your team name and division in subject line.
We ask that your payment be made as soon as possible, do not wait for HCR Roster or Permission forms to submit payment.
Unpaid On line Registration will be held for 30 days only.
