Agreement Details:

1. The Sudbury Silver Stick will handle all tournament related reservations - no exceptions.

2. The hotel will remit 10% of the room rate (per room/per night) to the Sudbury Silver Stick.

3. Rooming lists with credit card information will be submitted to the hotel on or before October 28, 2016.

4. No rooms will be released without confirmation from the tournament contact person.

5. If a team has already booked with you, please have them contact us. No teams have been accepted and all reservations must go through the tournament.
