Turnstone is proud to host the 6th Annual Silver Stick Sled Hockey Finals.
Location: SportONE/Parkview Icehouse
3869 Ice Way, Fort Wayne, IN 46808.
Date: February 13-14, 2016.
The event will start Saturday morning and conclude
by mid-afternoon Sunday.
Competition format: All teams are guaranteed four games.
Registration fee: The early registration fee is $350 per team.
After January 8th the registration fee will be $400.
Registrations will be closed on January 28th.
The fee is not refundable.
Lodging: Teams are to use one of the Official Tournament
Host Hotels.Teams deciding not to stay in one of the host
hotels must include a $100.00 surcharge per team with entry fee.
Deadline: Please complete and submit all registration forms along
with a JPEG color Team Logo by January 8th, 2016.
